Emagine is looking for an Atlassian Consultant to join our amazing client in Stockholm.

Start: ASAP
End: 2026-06-30 (with possible extension)
Location: Stockholm 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
Workload/Scope: 60-100%

Description of role/assignment

The Atlassian consultant will be an important bridge between business needs and technical implementation. The role focuses on understanding and structuring business requirements, translating them into clear, workable solutions and configuring Atlassian tools to support measurable outcomes. All solutions are designed and delivered in close alignment with the clients Atlassian Platform Owner.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture, structure and validate business requirements with stakeholders

• Translate requirements into scalable solutions in Jira Software, Jira Service Management and Confluence

• Design and configure workflows, issue types, fields, automations and service processes in alignment with platform standards and product ownership.

• Collaborate closely with the client Atlassian Platform Owner and ensure consistency, maintainability and long-term platform health.

• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and act as a trusted advisor on Atlassian best practices.

• Ensure traceability from business requirements to delivery and reporting.

• All work performed by the consultant must be properly documented, including

-Tracking tasks, changes and decisions in Jira work items
-Maintaining clear, structured and up-to-date documentation in Confluence

Core Skills

• Strong requirement analysis and stakeholder management.

• Deep hands-on expertise in Jira Software, Jira Service Management and Confluence

• Ability to design lightweight, maintainable solutions within a governed product model.
