Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Application Support Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the efficiency of our operations through effective ticket management and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up on ticket submissions and manage tracking systems to ensure prompt issue resolution.
Initiate analyses and work with diverse teams, including Developers, Business Analysts, and Architects, to implement fixes for reported issues.
Document processes and operational modes related to daily functions, ensuring all information is accurately captured.
Record actions and updates in relevant tracking tools such as Salesforce and Confluence.
Key Requirements:
Functional expertise in Asset Management and a deep understanding of product manufacturing processes and investment fund distribution.
Strong IT and Data skills, particularly in SQL, data modeling, and project management methodologies.
Knowledge and experience with support activities.
A minimum of 3 to 6 years of relevant work experience is preferred.
A blend of technical and functional skills will be highly advantageous.
Salesforce knowledge is a mandatory (Modules – CRM, IM Library, Product management)
L1-L2 support role with Knowledge on Asset and Wealth Management as a mandatory skill set
