Job description

Summary

The Application Support Analyst plays a crucial role in providing first-level support for a diverse portfolio of applications, ensuring that security and access protocols are maintained effectively across the organization.

Main Responsibilities

The core duty of the Application Support Analyst includes providing level 1 support on various applications.

  • Provide level 1 support on applications such as Monday.com, MIRO, AODocs, Google sites, Keepek, Labware, and Drupal.
  • Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts across various applications.
  • Assign and review role-based access, ensuring the implementation of least privilege principles.
  • Implement and enforce security policies aligned with regulatory standards.
  • Conduct periodic access reviews and segregation of duties checks.
  • Prepare audit logs and compliance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support audit teams during security assessments.
  • Investigate unauthorized access attempts and escalate incidents as necessary.
  • Perform risk analysis and recommend corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with IT, business units, and compliance teams to align access with organizational requirements.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • ITIL certification.
  • Familiarity with web applications including Monday.com, MIRO, AODocs, Google sites, Keepek, Labware, and Drupal.

Nice to Have

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in ITSM processes such as Incident, Problem, and Change Management.

Other Details

This position is based in Pune, offering a hybrid working model with 3 days in office. It requires 24x7 shift work to accommodate 'Follow the Sun' hours for US, EU, and Asia.
