Application Support Analyst - L1 & L1.5
The Application Support Analyst is tasked with providing user support for a variety of applications within a hybrid working context, ensuring efficient incident management, troubleshooting, and adherence to security policies.
Provide level 1 support on a portfolio of applications including Monday.com, MIRO, AODocs, Google sites, Keepek, Labware, and Drupal.
Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts across applications.
Assign and review role-based access ensuring adherence to the principle of least privilege.
Implement and enforce security policies in line with regulatory compliance.
Conduct periodic access reviews and segregation of duties checks.
Prepare audit logs and compliance reports for stakeholders.
Support audit teams during security assessments.
Investigate unauthorized access attempts and escalate incidents appropriately.
Perform risk analysis and recommend corrective actions.
Collaborate with IT, business units, and compliance teams to align access with organizational requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in support of web applications.
ITIL certification.
Familiarity with various WEB applications like Monday.com, MIRO, AODocs, etc.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with ITSM - Incident, Problem, Change Management.
Location: Pune. Working Model: Hybrid (3 days in the office, 24x7 rotational shifts following the sun hours).
