AI Engineer

PROJECT INFORMATION:

Location: Remote

Assignment type: B2B

Rate: up to 50 e/h netto+VAT

Project Context: Building greenfield AI capabilities.

Team Structure: Part of an international team.

Summary: The AI Engineer will play a crucial role in developing an innovative AI platform for a Consumer Health company, aimed at enabling business users to easily access and utilize information within complex documents.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design and implement multi-agent AI systems using Python.

• Extract structured meaning from various unstructured document formats.

• Develop robust document parsing pipelines.

• Create end-to-end RAG pipelines focusing on document ingestion and retrieval accuracy.

• Build automated testing frameworks and support A/B testing.

• Develop reusable frameworks and components for the AI engineering team.

Key Requirements:

• Strong Python programming skills with experience in Generative AI systems.

• Experience with multi-agent AI frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, LangChain).

• Deep understanding of RAG pipelines.

• Solid knowledge of document parsing and RAG solutions.

• Proficiency in API development and integration.

• Experience with Azure and/or AWS cloud services.

• Hands-on experience with Databricks.

• Familiarity with AI observability and automated testing frameworks.

• Experience with vector databases and Docker.

• Specialized higher education (IT, Data Science, Data Engineering, Big Data, ML)

• Strong problem-solving skills and pragmatic engineering mindset.

• Proficient in English.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Databricks GenAI products.

• LLM context and prompt engineering knowledge.

• Understanding of CI/CD principles.

• Knowledge of knowledge management principles.
