Summary: We are building a dedicated team in the Machine Learning/AI area, consisting of 6-8 members. The primary objective of the Machine Learning/AI Developer's role is to create and deploy production-ready models that enhance content extraction and classification processes using advanced AI techniques, significantly contributing to business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

• Building production-ready models to drive content extraction and classification from images and text-based sources.

• Working closely with business teams to understand requirements and iteratively design and develop solutions.

• Collaborating with product managers and technical teams.

• Creating, testing, and iterating new and existing products and features.

• Designing and building Python/ML/OCR-based components.

• Supporting the full lifecycle of product development, including deployment, testing, and production support.

Key Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with AI and LLM across different levels.

• Experience delivering production-ready solutions in Python, with expertise in machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, generative AI, image processing, and OCR.

• Familiarity with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, SpaCy, OpenCV, and Regex.

• Experience developing safe code for production, focusing on cybersecurity and application resilience.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in Document AI and intelligent document processing using both traditional and generative AI models, particularly open-source models.

• Experience using PostgreSQL for data storage and management.

• Proficiency with Azure core services including Azure Virtual Machines, Azure CLI, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), and Azure DevOps.

• Experience working in teams and releasing products at a high cadence.
