IT Validation and Compliance Lead

PROJECT INFORMATION:

Start: ASAP (flexible).

Contract: B2B 12 months + prolongations.

Remote: up to 100%

Project language: English.

Business trips: some occasional included.

Recruitment process:  2 interviews.

Responsibilities:

This is a job for those who are excited to work with technologies, validation, testing, and quality control in agile IT projects.

• Create and manage GxP validation documentation

• Coordinate and drive the implementation of minor changes

• Plan and execute testing and reporting

• Work independently/driving your own tasks and take responsibility for validation activities for the project

• Participate in large scale IT projects in Development as the IT validation expert and execute validation and quality control activities

Requirements:

• Experience in IT Validation within pharma or other regulated industries

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Software Development, or related fields

• Strong knowledge of good best practices (GxP), quality processes, and risk identification with a quality-focused mindset

• Experience with large-scale projects, validation, agile methodologies, and shift-left of automation

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and test automation (advantageous)

• Skilled in stakeholder management and communication, ensuring timely involvement of key stakeholders (e.g., LoB, IT QA, Business Owners, Architects, IT Security)

• English fluent both in writing and spoken.
