We are looking for Solution Architect to join our team at Elitmind. You will be designing and building data platforms/data warehouses, ETL processes and Machine Learning solutions on an enterprise scale on Azure infrastructure.

Key technologies

SQL ITIL CI/CD Azure Data Factory Azure

• Very good knowledge of Azure  

• Experience in designing and developing Data Platforms (Data Warehouses, Data Lakehouses, Delta Lakes) and ability to become an expert in implementing latest architectural trends for Data Platforms,

• Experience with Databricks, with particular emphasis on the latest functionalities of this platform (e.g. Delta Live Tables and Unity Catalog),

• Good understanding of Azure infrastructure (VNETs, VMs) and Identity components,

• Good understanding of Cloud Adoption Framework, both Enterprise (basic understanding) and Data (very good understanding),

• Experience in designing data platform architecture, including Connectivity, Authorization and Authentication, CI/CD Processes, Data access organization, Access and governance, Scalability, Cost Management.

Nice to have

• Professional certification  

• Knowledge of Data Governance concepts 

Soft skills

• Ability to drive the project, including the creation of tasks for the team, driving meetings, encouraging team members to take on complex tasks, and supporting them, 

• Excellent communication skills and experience interfacing with Business stakeholders, Management, Engineers, and Tech Leadership,

• Ability to manage stakeholder relationships,

• Strategic, big-picture design thinking for the business.  

  
  

What will you do?

• Participate in projects in public, hybrid and multi-cloud data. Gathering and understanding requirements to develop Data Platforms 

• Design and build data platforms/data warehouses, ETL processes and Machine Learning solutions on an enterprise scale on Azure infrastructure 

• Developing and implementing an organizational data strategy with our customers

• Propose project estimations and timelines according to gathered requirements

• Preparing cloud adoption roadmaps and project documentation

• Support and lead implementation teams from concept to implementation, providing technical expertise in analytics and data processing

• Develop professionally by participating in the most interesting and innovative projects on the market, implemented for clients who are leaders in their industries in Poland and in the world
