    Your day-to-day work:
    • Provide technical support to Egnyte's clients and partners
    • Provide support primarily via e-mail (from time to time also via phone and web conferencing tools) 
    • Work effectively and professionally with users who span from IT, business users, partners and executives
    • Provide a workable solution that addresses client issues based on their use case
    • Master Egnyte's product capabilities and serve as the subject matter expert within the support organization
    • Work with Product Management, Engineering and Sales to effectively take issues to resolution
    • Participate in the testing of new and updated products and provide feedback
    • Write technical documents such as service and product FAQs, guides, and manuals

    About You:
    • Previous experience in end-user application support
    • Strong technical skills, including but not limited to:
      • Understanding of Directory Services including Microsoft ADS and Open LDAP
      • Familiar with network protocols, services and tools and apply troubleshooting methods
      • Good understanding of the Linux Operating System on the administration level
      • Familiarity with Virtual Machine Environments (ie. VMware ESX, Microsoft Hyper-V)
      • Experience with Microsoft Windows Server environments
      • Familiarity with support tickets and knowledge-based systems
      • Basic programming skills in Python and PowerShell scripting
      • Experience with API will be a plus
    • Excellent customer engagement, presentation and communication skills
    • Fluency in spoken and written English and Polish
