Automation and AI Developer

Your Profile (Requirements):

• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript(Python – microservices and data transformations; JavaScript – building scripts and functions within other applications)

• Full-stack development experience (frontend and backend)Part of the work will be carried out in bubble.io, therefore experience with no-code/low-code platforms is considered an advantage. We have an experienced team and provide full onboarding support for bubble.io.

• Ability to build process automation and apply AI solutions, including the use of LLM agents, familiarity with LLMs, preparation and configuration of models via APIs, and context engineering

• Experience in integrating services via APIs(primarily REST; broader knowledge of GraphQL or SOAP/sFTP is a plus)

• Understanding of and ability to work with relational SQL databases (PostgreSQL)

• English proficiency at B2 level – we operate in an international project environment

• Willingness to work on-site in Żerniki (near Poznań)Company-provided shuttle bus from Rondo Rataje; after onboarding, a hybrid work model is available (1–2 days remote)

Key Responsibilities:

• Development and enhancement of ERP applicationsWorking with ERP systems, including bubble.io and other tools, building new functionalities, integrations, and optimizing business workflows

• Implementation of AI solutionsDeploying AI agents and models into clients’ daily processes (e.g. automated invoice analysis, data extraction from documents, analysis and recommendation solutions)

• System integration (API orchestration)Connecting distributed tools into a single, cohesive ecosystem through API interfaces and mapping data between systems with different structures

• Project-based work in cross-functional teamsCollaboration with Developers, UX Designers, and Business/Domain teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that effectively support business objectives
