That’s why we are looking for an IT Business Analyst who can translate business needs into actionable solutions, approaches complex challenges with confidence, and easily collaborates in an international environment, balancing the expectations of multiple stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities:

🔹Collecting and analyzing business requirements from international stakeholders

🔹Preparing IT solution concepts, including full documentation covering business requirements, scope, assumptions, constraints, and cost estimations

🔹Managing the product backlog

🔹Organizing and facilitating business workshops with international stakeholders

🔹Reviewing and analyzing tickets (GitHub, Jira) and providing active support/consulting to stakeholders

🔹Managing access for internal and external users

🔹Analyzing and configuring solutions within Power BI Service

🔹Reviewing and testing prototypes and implemented solutions

🔹Preparing project and system documentation

🔹Configuring and managing Google Business Profile

🔹Verifying correct API configuration

🔹Coordinating the work of external vendors and development teams in close cooperation with the Project Manager

Who Are We Looking For?

✅Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role

✅Strong communication and analytical skills

✅English proficiency at a minimum B2+/C1 level

✅Ability to work in an agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

✅Knowledge of relational databases, e.g., Google BigQuery (data extraction, comparison, analysis, reporting)

✅Basic knowledge of Adobe Analytics

✅Basic knowledge of Google Search Console

✅Basic knowledge of Power BI

✅Experience with tools such as Jira and Miro
