About the role:
As a Frontend Engineer, you'll be part of a team building AI-powered features for e-commerce - from an AI-driven email editor that generates content and allows users to edit and refine it, to tools that help online stores grow faster. You'll work with designers and backend developers to take features from concept to release - so if you care about clean, maintainable code, fast iteration, and real teamwork, this might be a place for you.
Who are we?
Edrone is a SaaS-based product that helps thousands of small and medium-sized businesses compete with major brands. Our mission is to provide simple solutions to big challenges in eCommerce. We achieve results through a strong feedback culture and clearly defined, transparent expectations. Currently, we work with 2,500 online stores - primarily in Poland, Brazil and Mexico. Brands such as Bielenda, Mosquito, 2005, or Lilou have placed their trust in our product.
Our company brings together around 180 people, including approximately a 25-person product and engineering team dedicated to continuously improving the platform.

🚀 Your Role and Mindset:
Autonomy in Development: While your primary focus will be on frontend tasks, you will also contribute to backend aspects when needed to support your work. While deep backend expertise is not a prerequisite, the ability and willingness to learn quickly and work independently in this area are essential.
Product-Minded Approach: We are looking for a "Product-Minded Software Engineer" This means you will be evaluated not only on your coding skills but also on your ability to understand the product, the users, and the business goals.
High-speed: We are working in a dynamic, high-speed environment where the team is accustomed to constant change and is ready to tackle fascinating technical challenges. This means focusing on quick decision-making to maintain momentum. While speed doesn't always guarantee perfection, our goal is to act fast, iterate efficiently, and stay adaptable.
Maintaining and Improving Existing Code: As part of working on a live product, you will address bugs, implement updates, and ensure the ongoing stability and performance of the existing codebase. Your contributions will help us continuously refine and enhance the product for our users.
Maintaining Design System and Storybook: You will be responsible for keeping our Design System and Storybook up-to-date. You will create components that will be used by all front-end developers across the entire system.
Introducing New Standards: We are constantly improving our code and product. We are not afraid of change and are eager to implement new solutions if they prove to be better than the existing ones. We are always looking for ways to optimize, but we respect proven and working solutions.
🚀 Who you are:
You have at least 3 years of commercial experience as a Frontend Engineer.
Very good knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
You have experience with any frontend framework like React or Vue.
You have worked closely with product teams and are not afraid to make business decisions.
Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines.
Passion for developing high quality software.
Willingness to continuously develop and learn new technologies.
Ability to work with others and build relationships.
🚀 It’s nice if you have:
Knowledge of Java/PHP/Python or any other backend programming language.
Experience working in the e-commerce industry.
Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
Experience with creating automated tests.
