Junior Workday Integration Consultant
Remote work from Poland
As a Junior Workday Integration Consultant, you will act independently and advise on, manage, and build/develop integrations for Workday DXC implementation and maintenance engagements. You will design, develop and implement in-bound and out-bound integrations between Workday and other environments (like SAP, ADP, ServiceNow, MS Azure, etc) using build-in Workday solutions and external tools and assets. You will also provide subject matter expertise for addressing customer solutions regarding interface, reporting, integration and technical data model.
Role:
Junior Workday Integration Consultant will be a part of the implementation team supporting Workday system setup or managed services team providing post-implementation support for Workday instances. The Consultant will be a key contributor for the DXC Workday Practice and will work closely with the Engagement Manager and/or Solution Architect and also directly with DXC customers to help create strong business cases supported by compelling value propositions.
Responsibilities:
- develop, test, implement, document and operate integration solutions for the Workday environment including web-based, API-led integration as well as other integration scenarios like ALE/iDoc, RFC, message queueing, managed file transfers, etc.
- perform issues resolution incl. bug fixing on post-production support engagements
- support Integration Architects and Engineers, business users and other IT teams to best analyze requirements and collaborate with them to create technical design specifications.
- provide guidance and knowledge transfer sessions to clients or service partners on Workday integrations
- work following assigned deliverable schedules to ensure expected timelines are met
We require:
- basic experience in programming, web services, APIs and database technologies (XML/XSLT, SOAP, REST, OpenAPI, scripting languages, SQL, etc.)
- demonstrate problem-solving and analytics skills to help clients resolve integration issues
- strong interpersonal skills and ability to cooperate with various stakeholders (internal and external)
- fluent communication in English
Nice to have:
- bachelor’s degree in software development, IT/Engineering or comparable studies
- experience in System Integration solutions, both custom and product-specific interfaces
- experience with any ERP or/or SaaS Solutions will be an additional asset
- experience in Human Resources related domains (HR core, Benefits, Talent Management, Recruiting, etc.)
- experience with Data Migration/ Conversion and ETL tools
- Workday experience with certifications is highly preferred
- ability to work remotely from home or the client’s office
- ability to travel (post-pandemic)
