Machine Learning Specialist 

We are looking for people with research flair and above average analytical skills to work on a research and development project. As a machine learning specialist, you will create innovative products based on artificial intelligence technologies in image analysis on a global scale. 

Requirements: 

• Higher education in IT, mathematics, or engineering 

• Scientific achievements in artificial intelligence are considered 

• 2y+ experience in commercial project development with machine learning techniques, including experimentation, production deployment, and maintenance 

• Knowledge of MLOps practices 

• Advanced proficiency in Python, C#, and C++ 

• Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and GIT 

• English language proficiency sufficient for daily communication within an international team 

Responsibilities: 

• Prepare datasets, convert data, and extract features. 

• Analyse scenes, create view sets, train detection and segmentation models, and assess results. 

• Develop and optimise convolutional networks for speed and accuracy. 

• Research, train, and evaluate reidentification algorithms. 

• Design, implement, and test algorithms using AI model outputs for business metrics.
