Project Specialist

Your responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and support various automation and reporting activities
2. Monitor and track the progress of application development
3. Clearly communicate project activities between business, technical teams, and management
4. Ensure adherence to established project management standards and practices throughout all project phases
5. Create, manage, and ensure the quality and accuracy of project documentation using Jira and Confluence
6. Assist the project team with daily operational tasks and administrative functions

Our requirements:

1. Experience using Jira and Confluence for task management and documentation
2. At least 1 year of relevant experience in project coordination or similar roles, ideally in an IT or technology-oriented environment
3. Good proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint)
4. English (minimum B2)
5. Ability to think clearly, stay organized, and manage multiple tasks
6. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders
7. A collaborative team player who actively contributes to team objectives
8. Knowledge or exposure to Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, AgilePM) is desirable
