Join our IT Governance team
Within our large IT Organization - IT Operations & Services, you will find IT Governance team. We are responsible for various IT process management and governance covering globally. You’ll join a fantastic team, formed by enthusiastic, active and cooperative colleagues. You will work within IT Change Management area, to take our IT Change Management to the next level. You will physically be located in our beautiful DSV office in Warsaw with flexibility of work from home occasionally.
About this Opportunity
Welcome to the IT Change Management team. We add value by enabling efficient and scalable IT change management for the vast majority of IT initiatives in DSV. As an IT Change Manager, you’ll play a valuable role in ensuring that DSV is able to deliver IT changes based on ITIL best practice, in an Agile way, and in compliance.
You will be responsible for:
Managing DSV Global IT Change Management process
Controlling and authorizing IT Changes through the whole IT change management lifecycle
Conducting both technical, risk and impact assessment of IT changes (infrastructure, applications, Cloud, etc.) to ensure operational stability
Keeping IT change management process up-to-date
Creating the documentations related to IT Change Management and maintaining them
Working together with other IT process management, for example Major Incident Management and Problem Management teams to ensure stable operations
Driving the innovations of modern IT change management process, for example integrating Agile, DevOps with ITIL best practice
To be successful to this role we expect you:
Have at least 4 years of experience of IT change management based on ITIL best practice, enabling Agile/DevOps, in a large international organization
Have strong technical knowledge and experience of IT infrastructure, on-premises systems, Cloud solutions, especially focusing on controlling IT Changes of them
Have strong communication skills to be able to cope with both technical colleagues and management
Hands-on with tooling, especially ServiceNow
Having knowledge and experience of Agile and DevOps is a bonus
Are fluent in English
