IT Operations Manager

Your responsibilities:

• Lead an international team responsible for supporting and operating DSV’s cutting-edge in-house solutions
• Work with advanced technologies, including ML/AI, real-time data processing, Data Mesh, and Multi-cloud hosting
• Lead and mentor global SRE and support teams
• Partner with IT and business stakeholders to meet requirements and drive results
• Take accountability for all elements of Application Support and SRE deliveries, including:
• Implementation of a standard framework
• Automated monitoring and alerting
• Incident resolution, root cause investigation, and corrections
• Maintain a continuously updated compliance assessment for each product and serve as a source for Digital Product KPIs

Our requirements:

• Proven leadership skills with 3+ years of experience in operations management
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Strong ownership mindset, customer service orientation, and adaptability under pressure
• Ability to investigate and troubleshoot detailed technical issues while maintaining a strategic perspective on Support and Operations
• Strategic thinker committed to continuous improvement and capable of executing ideas and concepts
• Innovative and creative mindset, with a passion for learning new knowledge and driving new processes and methods
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills in English
