Business Analyst

Operational Insights is a dedicated team within Global IT, focused on centralising our IT reporting.

Our mission is to enable fact-based decision-making and provide transparency and visibility across the Global IT organisation.

Your responsibilities:

• Designing, creating, and maintaining interactive Power BI reports
• Building and maintaining data models, DAX queries, and calculations
• Integrating semantic models with multiple data sources, such as SQL, data lake, or SharePoint
• Preparing and transforming data using tools such as Power Query or SQL
• Conducting data validation to ensure the accuracy and consistency of reports
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and deliver suitable solutions
• Improving reporting standards and optimising existing semantic models

Our requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, specialising in reporting and data analysis
• Hands-on experience developing reports in Power BI
• Working knowledge of DAX, Power Query, and data modelling in Power BI
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Previous experience in IT or with IT-related data will be a plus
