Business & Data Analysis Chapter Lead (M/F/D)
We are looking for a Business & Data Analysis Chapter Lead to build and lead a global analysis capability and drive high-quality, consistent business and data analysis across the organisation.
The role is anchored in Global IT, Enterprise Business Development, where we drive some of the most strategic digital initiatives across DSV. You will work closely with domain squads, architects, and data teams to ensure scalable, interoperable, and future-ready capabilities while delivering tangible value to the business.
Key responsibilities
You will build and lead a high-performing global Business & Data Analysis chapter, ensuring alignment between business needs, data capabilities, and enterprise standards.
You will:
Own and drive standards, methods, and best practices for business and data analysis
Lead and develop analysts, strengthening quality, consistency, and impact across teams
Ensure high-quality requirements, mapping, and documentation across domains through formed frameworks
Drive end-to-end clarity from strategy through to delivery execution
Support complex analysis and stakeholder alignment across business and IT, while strengthening collaboration in order to unblock delivery when needed
Ensure alignment and reuse of capabilities across platforms, reducing duplication. Contribute hands-on when required to unblock teams and move delivery forward
Validate and challenge requirements to support domain and enterprise data strategies
Provide leadership and guidance on business transformation and process optimization efforts
Build and grow a strong global analyst community through mentoring, capability development, and knowledge sharing
You will also collaborate closely with architects, SMEs, and data analysts to ensure cohesive, end-to-end solutions, and provide guidance on business transformation and process optimisation.
To succeed in this role, you bring:
7+ years of experience in business analysis and/or data/process mapping, ideally within logistics, supply chain, or enterprise data platforms
Demonstrated experience leading a chapter, guild, or community of practice — including people leadership, setting standards, and ensuring learnings across teams
A structured and pragmatic approach to business and data analysis, including requirement management, process and data mapping, and documentation aligned with enterprise standards and target operating models
Proven ability to define and apply standards, methods, templates, and best practices to ensure consistent and high-quality analysis deliverables
Strong capabilities in requirement management, including creating clarity, ensuring quality, and maintaining traceability from business need through to delivery
Hands-on experience with process mapping and data mapping (e.g. source-to-target flows and data lineage)
Experience enabling scalable and reusable solutions through structured analysis, documentation, and governance
Ability to bridge business and technical stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and translate complexity into clear, actionable deliverables
Experience working in product-oriented environments applying Agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
Proven stakeholder management and communication skills in complex global organizations
Experience driving cross-domain alignment, dependency management, enterprise-wide standardization, and collaboration across architecture, engineering, QA, and governance functions in enterprise delivery environments
