Senior Scrum Master

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master, who will join our team and support project development

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum i Agile processes within project teams

• Remove obstacles blocking the team's efficient work

• Support the Product Owner and the team in sprint planning and delivering value

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and cross-team collaboration

• Monitor work progress and help resolve issues

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Scrum Master in large companies or corporations

• Good knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)

• Facilitation and team coaching skills

• Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)

• Experience in IT or financial sectors

• English proficiency enabling smooth communication

• Conflict resolution and Agile training skills
