Are you up for a new challenge? Our Design Team (already 3 members) is looking for a passionate Senior UI/UX Designer to create world-changing applications in different domains (m-commerce, FinTech, Healthcare) and deliver them to a wide variety of clients from all around the world.
We expect you to work directly with the Client to gather information, provide reasonable questions, and receive regular feedback to plan your further work. Your previous commercial experience in mobile design might also be helpful. You will be working independently daily, having the full support of the Design Team.
One of the Senior UX/UI Designer’s goals at Droids On Roids is to take a considerable part in Client’s workshops providing design expertise and take over leadership responsibilities within the team.
As Droids On Roids, we care about giving you a space to focus on your work always when you need it. We will provide you with a necessary equipment so you can work remotely during pandemic (MacBook, software and accessories). You’ll get access to private healthcare (Medicover), and paid days off to recharge whenever you need. With us, you’ll be able to develop your skills by taking part in internal workshops, and you’ll be given recurring training budget to use as you wish. If you are living outside of Wrocław, you’ll get 3000 PLN as a relocation bonus.
Here are a few challenges for you:
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with Product Owners
- Prepare User Flow Maps and Wireframes based on the workshops with a client
- Support your Development Team with all the design elements they need
- Design User Interfaces and prepare prototypes that clearly show how the product will look like and work in the final stage
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems
- Adjust your designs based on user feedback
We want you onboard if you have:
- 4 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
- Preferably experience in a leadership role
- Strong portfolio with projects designed for Mobile Apps
- Knowledge of design software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Software, along with prototyping tools like InVision, Zeplin, and Principle
- Problem-solving attitude
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- Fluent command of written and spoken English and Polish
- The ability and willingness to share and obtain knowledge with the rest of the team
Extra points for:
- Experience in UI Motion Design
- Experience in Brand Design
- Portfolio with projects designed for Web
- Social Profiles (e.g., Dribbble, Behance)
