Project Manager / Rollout Manager

Job Summary

Working as Person holding this position will be responsible for:

·       managing rollout of the products on the new markets (internally withing GeoPost group)

·       customer management during product introduction to the new Business Unit

·       project plan management

·       internal Agile team management (international)

·       monitoring and control over project progress

·       budget management and meeting GeoPost reporting requirements

·       achieving deliverables in time and ensuring their quality

·       project risk and issues management

·       proactive approach in optimizing team efficiency 

Requirements

We expect you to have:

·       at least 3 years of experience in IT Project Management (and high motivation to work in the area) 

·       strong orientation on goals and problem solving skills

·       practical knowledge of Agile methodology

·       good verbal and written communication skills in English (C1 level at minimum)

·       very good organizational skills

·       pro-active approach

·       the ability to work individually and in a team

·       a mindset to overcome an obstacle

·       knowledge regarding confluence and Jira

·       Excel knowledge at an advanced level (to build budget, pivot tables etc., create reports analyse reports, and charts)

·       PowerPoint knowledge

·       ability to travel

It would be nice if you have the below skills:

·       experience in working in logistics/courier business

·       analytical thinking skills

·       presentation skills

·       have experience in working in an international organization 

·       attention to detail, accuracy and reliability

60-minutes technical interview (with Team Leader also)
