Mobile Architect

Your future team consists of Architects: 2 Seniors, 1 MID, and 2 Juniors. Your main duties will be focus on: all projects in our company and development strategy.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in designing native mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms and integrating such solutions with server-side solutions
• Familiarity with best design patterns and approaches to complex ecosystems where the mobile application is one of the elements
• Experience in building vision and strategy for mobile application development
• Knowledge of Java/Kotlin, ReactNative, Swift platforms
• Understanding of Android/iOS APIs and the direction of changes in new versions
• Ability to communicate with non-technical individuals
• Communicativeness
• English (very good) – 95% of work in English – direct cooperation with Hungary, Paris, Italy, Switzerland...

Nice to have:

• Experience in the courier industry
• Experience working with Mobile Device Management platforms

Daily tasks:

• Participation in creating the mobile application development strategy within the group – mobile-first strategy.3
• Supporting project teams
• Supervising and supporting project teams developing internal Android applications (e.g., applications for couriers)
• Supporting teams that implement applications for end-users (applications for package recipients, package redirection)

How our recruitment process looks like: 

1. A short interview with our recruiter (around 30 minutes) - online
2. 60-minutes technical interview with Developers (online)
3. 60 minutes meeting with Architects Leader - meeting in our office (Krakowiaków 16 street, Warsaw)
4. 3-month trial period
