What does our recruitment process look like?

Our recruitment process is transparent and candidate-friendly. From the first contact, we ensure clear communication and quick feedback. You go through several stages that allow us to get to know each other better and jointly assess whether we're a good fit. We want every candidate to feel cared for and have complete information at every stage of the process.

Pre-interview (30 minutes)
This is an opportunity to get to know each other, we’ll ask questions about how well you would fit into our career company culture, your professional career and motivation for joining us :)
Technical interview (60 minutes)
We'll assess your professional knowledge, we ask specific questions.

Open Day (3 hours)
This is an opportunity to meet your future colleagues, see how the office looks like and feel the atmosphere between you and us! 😊 After the Open Day we make a decision. We always contact you by phone first to inform you of the final decision.
