We care about our team members
Our admin team never runs out of ideas on how to make you feel good at work. Smoothie days, a shared garden where people actually grow flowers, stretching sessions outside in the middle of the workday.
We celebrate birthdays, mark every 5, 10, and 15 years someone has been part of the team and once a year the whole company gets away together. Teams also find their own ways to connect throughout the year.

We work in a hybrid model, but we enjoy meeting in the office indeed. Whether it’s over coffee, lunch or team initiatives.
