Tech Lead

Position: Tech Lead

Location: Remote (option to visit the office)

Company: Leading logistics and transport solutions provider

Role Overview: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions across the full development lifecycle. Work on new features and system improvements, ensuring performance, clarity, and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full SDLC participation: design, coding, testing, deployment

• Document system architecture and processes

• Troubleshoot and resolve defects

• Collaborate in Agile teams and refine user stories

• Provide technical guidance to junior team members

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in CS or related field, or equivalent experience

• 5–7 years in software engineering (advanced degree can substitute part of it)

• Experience with Azure-based cloud solutions

• Proficient in Java/Spring Boot, Git, and Azure DevOps

• Strong SQL and relational DB skills (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL)

• API development (REST/JSON, SOAP)

• Agile team experience

• Tech leadership experience is a plus
