Senior Security Engineer

• Position: Senior Security Engineer (Detection & Response)

• Salary: up to 28 000 PLN gross/month COE (UoP)

• Working mode: Hybrid- Kraków

Role summary

This role is focused on detecting, analyzing, and responding to security threats across cloud and network environments.

Requirements

• Experience in Security Operations, SOC, or Incident Response

• Strong skills in log analysis and security event investigation

• Hands-on experience with SIEM and threat detection tools

• Understanding of cloud infrastructure and networking

• Ability to assess and prioritize security incidents

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze security alerts and incidents

• Perform triage and investigation of potential threats

• Correlate data from multiple sources (logs, SIEM, threat intel)

• Escalate incidents and recommend remediation actions

• Collaborate with security and engineering teams

• Improve detection and response processes
