• Position: Project Manager

• Salary: up to 26 000 PLN

• Working model: hybrid, Kraków

We are looking for a Project  Manager to join our client’s growing organisation in a long-term capacity. This is a strategic role focused on improving company-wide processes, driving multiple projects, and ensuring smooth collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain efficient, transparent processes that support project delivery and team coordination.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously — track progress, identify blockers, and ensure deadlines are met.

• Set clear priorities across departments and communicate them effectively to stakeholders.

• Work closely with the AI and technical teams to support the implementation of AI-related initiatives.

• Foster collaboration, ensure accountability, and drive a culture of structured, goal-oriented execution.

Requirements:

• Proven ability to manage complex projects and processes from planning to delivery.

• Structured and organised approach to work, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

• Confident communicator — excellent command of English (C1) and strong interpersonal skills.

• Experience with Jira or similar project tracking tools.

• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, prioritise work, and ensure projects are delivered on time.

• Strong leadership qualities: you can make decisions, challenge ideas constructively, and maintain team alignment.

• Knowledge or interest in AI and process automation will be a strong advantage.
