Fullstack Python Developer

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer for our client — a fast-growing startup building cutting-edge AI-native compliance technology.

The company has already gained strong market traction with its first SaaS product, serving over 200 leading organizations and earning recognition for its innovative approach to regulatory automation.

Now, they are channeling this experience into their next venture — developing an AI-driven compliance platform designed to automate and scale regulatory processes across frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, and CSRD.This is a unique opportunity to join an ambitious, tech-driven team that values ownership, innovation, and speed.

The role:

As a Full Stack Developer, you’ll be a key part of a small, dynamic team working directly with the founders, engineers, and product experts.You’ll help build, ship, and scale new products rapidly, taking full ownership of your work. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and wants to gain hands-on experience shaping a company from the ground up.

This is not a corporate-style position with rigid processes and slow release cycles — it’s a high-impact role for someone who wants to move fast, learn continuously, and see the results of their work in real time.

Responsibilities:

• Build and launch new products from the ground up

• Take ownership of the full development lifecycle — from architecture to deployment

• Prototype and iterate quickly based on customer feedback

• Collaborate closely with the founding team in product discussions and sprint planning

• Help define technical standards and improve engineering practices

• Work across the full stack — backend, frontend, and infrastructure

Requirements:

• 2+ years of full-stack development experience (preferably in a startup or scale-up environment)

• Strong knowledge of Python, Django, React, and Git

• Eagerness to learn new tools and technologies quickly (e.g., using AI-assisted development tools)

• Nice to have: Langchain, GitHub Actions, AWS deployment

• Proactive mindset, teamwork skills, and a “get things done” attitude

• Good command of English (spoken and written)
