Fullstack PHP Developer

We are looking for a Junior Fullstack Developer for our client, a company that builds modern solutions for remuneration management. Their flagship product is one of the fastest-growing Salary Survey platforms in Poland, supporting HR departments and management boards in making strategic data-driven decisions. You will join a friendly and collaborative development team working on a platform used by hundreds of organizations across the country.This position is ideal for candidates at the beginning of their career - graduates, self-taught developers, or early-stage professionals with strong GitHub projects are all welcome. The role has a clear front-end emphasis, with PHP work introduced gradually.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new features for the company’s web platform, with a primary focus on front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

• Support the development of back-end modules built in PHP 7/8.

• Collaborate closely with the team to maintain code quality, UX consistency, and overall platform performance.

• Contribute to discussions around implementation, maintainability, and best practices.

• Work within a cross-functional team and actively engage in internal communication and integration.

Requirements:

• Good practical knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.

• Basic experience with PHP (7/8) and willingness to develop in this area.

• Understanding of MySQL and ability to write or modify queries.

• Ability to work with Git and basic console operations.

• Awareness of application security and clean coding standards.

• Strong communication skills and openness — the team values collaboration.

• Polish language required; English is not needed for daily work.

Nice to have:

• Personal or academic projects hosted on GitHub.

• Experience with template engines such as Smarty.

• Any exposure to Unix-based environments.
