We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a backend team responsible for building and scaling a high-traffic platform. This role combines technical leadership, people management, and close collaboration with other teams to deliver stable, cloud-based solutions.

Requirements:

• Several years of experience in software development, including leadership roles.

• Proven ability to build, lead, and grow engineering teams.

• Experience in designing scalable, distributed systems.

• Strong knowledge of AWS and Kubernetes.

• Good communication skills and a mentoring mindset.

• Product-oriented approach and ability to work with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the platform backend team.

• Ensure system stability, performance, and scalability.

• Participate in key technical decisions and maintain engineering best practices.

• Cooperate with SRE and DevOps teams.

• Support team development and knowledge growth.
