We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join our team and lead the enhancement of our development processes and team dynamics. As part of our growing company, you will play a crucial role in promoting Agile methodologies and fostering a culture of trust, communication, and continuous improvement in a team developing core technology in our organization.


Responsibilities

  1. Understand Team Needs and Challenges: Actively participate in daily team activities to identify their needs and challenges.
  2. Provide a Safe and Trusting Environment: Foster a secure and open atmosphere that encourages team members to share insights and concerns.
  3. Amplify the Team’s Voice: Advocate for the development team by ensuring their perspectives are heard and addressed by stakeholders.
  4. Enhance Work Processes: Drive improvements in workflows by integrating best practices and methodologies from various industries.
  5. Facilitate Meetings: Ensure meetings are efficient, productive, and inclusive, with clear outcomes and action items.
  6. Improve Communication Quality: Promote effective communication techniques, such as Nonviolent Communication (NVC), and encourage constructive feedback.
  7. Foster Personal Development: Create opportunities for the professional and personal growth of team members.


Requirements

  1. Proven Experience: Minimum of 3 years as an Agile Coach or in a similar role.
  2. Agile Expertise: Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and their practical application.
  3. Facilitation Skills: Excellent at leading meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
  4. Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to foster healthy team dynamics. Note: While most face-to-face communication will be in Polish, a good level of English is required for documentation, online collaboration, and occasional meetings.
  5. Cultural Transformation: Experience in transforming team cultures to embrace openness, trust, and continuous improvement.
  6. NVC Knowledge: Familiarity with Nonviolent Communication principles is a plus.
  7. Commitment and Collaboration: Minimum 24h/week (actually, the more the better) and availability for meetings with the US team between 4 and 6 PM CET.
