About the product:

The product is built based on the Rails way and monolithic architecture, using AWS, k8s, Terragrunt, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Datadog, and PostHog. It aims to reduce the carbon footprint and provide financial sustainability and well-being for the consumers.

Your daily challenges:

• Fix bugs and optimize performance: identify and resolve issues to keep the application running smoothly
• Ensure system reliability: resolve performance issues, establish an efficient triage process for handling issues, and maintain SLA compliance
• Improve product performance: resolve technical debt, optimize the release process
• Stay close to the client: maintain open and clear communication to understand needs and deliver the best solutions

• at least 5 years of software engineering experience (including Ruby on Rails)

• Remote-first approach: We work from anywhere in Poland or at our Łódź office. The choice is yours!
• Salary: 130 - 190 PLN + VAT (B2B) per hour
