Displate is seeking Product Designer to enhance user experiences across their platform. The ideal candidate will focus on intuitive design, user research, and seamless interactions to improve engagement. The person will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.

Your responsibilities:

• Creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, prototypes—you name it—to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
• Delivering high-quality visual and graphic designs in relation to the existing frameworks and guidelines
• Interpreting data and qualitative feedback with the focus on optimization of the existing product experience
• Designing and implementing landing pages in no-code tools
• Participating in creation and maintenance of our Design System

General expectations:

• 3+ years of commercial experience in a similar position working closely with developers and business
• 2+ real-life launched projects in your portfolio
• Mastery in Figma
• Knowledge of Webflow with a track record of created websites
• Experience in creating and maintaining Design Systems
• Confidence in presenting your work as if you’d tell a great story
• Strong skills in English both spoken and written

Nice to have:

• Experience with conducting workshops (gathering requirements, mapping process, narrowing the scope of the project)
• Knowledge of AI frameworks and tools in a designer line of work 
• Experience working on consumer or enterprise products over multiple release cycles
