    Job description

    We’re looking for a hands-on Marketo expert who can own, optimize, and expand our global marketing automation efforts. Our 15-person marketing team is split between Israel and the US, and you’ll be our marketing automation expert helping us build smarter, more scalable B2B marketing operations across the funnel—with Marketo, Salesforce, and better leveraging AI technology.

    What You’ll Own

    • End-to-end ownership of Marketo: uploading leads, campaign setup, segmentation, lead lifecycle management, nurture flows, lead scoring, A/B testing, and reporting.
    • System integration & data sync between Marketo and Salesforce, ensuring accurate, real-time data flow for leads, contacts, and campaign attribution.
    • Salesforce reports & data analysis: Build reports and dashboards to troubleshoot issues, identify funnel bottlenecks, monitor lead quality and campaign performance, and optimize handoff to sales.
    • Process automation: Identify and implement improvements in how we manage data hygiene, segmentation, lead routing, campaign execution, and reporting.
    • AI-enhanced workflows: Evaluate and implement AI tools (e.g., chatbots, enrichment, scoring, workflows) to increase efficiency and scale.
    • QA & governance: Ensure marketing programs follow internal naming conventions, logic, and tracking standards; proactively monitor for sync errors, duplicates, and database issues.


    Requirements:


    • 3+ years of hands-on Marketo experience (not agency-side)
    • 2+ years working with Salesforce in tandem with Marketo
    • Experience working inside a B2B marketing team (not as a consultant or agency partner), collaborating directly with demand generation, content, and sales operations teams
    • Experience automating marketing or sales workflows (e.g., RevenueHero, Zoominfo, Zapier, ChatGPT, CustomGPTs, or similar tools)
    • Fluent, professional-level English, written and spoken—this is essential for day-to-day collaboration
    • Strong attention to detail, with a track record of proactively identifying and fixing system or process issues before they impact campaign performance
    • Experience with Marketo API or using middleware like Workato, Zapier, or Tray.io
