Senior ServiceNow Developer

🧑‍💻 Senior ServiceNow Developer

💸 145 – 155 PLN/hour net + VAT (B2B)

💻 100% remote

🛫 Start ASAP (max 2 weeks notice period)

Responsibilities:

• Designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform for IT service management
• Creating and integrating ServiceNow modules with existing systems, including APIs, databases, and other applications
• Developing and configuring ITIL-based processes within ServiceNow (e.g., Incident, Change, Problem Management)
• Optimizing the performance and scalability of the ServiceNow platform
• Collaborating with DevOps and QA teams to ensure high quality and system availability
• Mentoring junior developers and assisting in solving complex technical issues

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform, including application development, system integration and process automation
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (specialized in ServiceNow)
• Practical knowledge of ITIL and IT service management processes
• Skills in configuring, scripting, and integrating systems on the ServiceNow platform
• Experience working with databases and knowledge of SQL
• Familiarity with tools such as Git, Jenkins, and other DevOps-related technologies
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Knowledge of English at B2 level (minimum)
