Join our Warsaw technology hub to build and own high-performance, low-latency systems using JVM languages or Erlang. You’ll tackle real-time big data challenges and build modern frontends, scaling services that power mobile discovery for millions worldwide. At Digital Turbine, we are committed to pay transparency and equitable compensation. The salary range for this position is 160,500 - 214,000 PLN gross/year. 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and maintain robust backend services and APIs using JVM languages or Erlang

• Write clean, testable code and participate in architecture discussions to ensure long-term system health

• Troubleshoot, debug, and fine-tune performance for real-time, high-throughput systems

• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and observability to improve deployment velocity

• Work closely with Product, UX, Data, and DevOps teams to deliver seamless end-to-end features

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional software development experience.

• Proficiency in at least one JVM language (Java, Kotlin, Scala, or Groovy)

• Proven experience building RESTful or GraphQL APIs.

• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)

• Strong English communication skills and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with Cloud providers (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

• Hands-on experience with modern JS/TS frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js)

• Familiarity with event-driven architectures and message brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ
