YOUR ROLE

Design & Execution test:

You analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts. You perform functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing to ensure application quality and stability.

Automation:

You design, build, and maintain automated test suites using modern web testing frameworks such as Cypress or Playwright. You integrate automated tests into existing CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous quality assurance and faster release cycles.

Defect Management:

You identify, document, prioritize, and track defects using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps. You collaborate closely with development teams to reproduce issues, validate fixes, and ensure timely resolution.

Performance & Security Testing:

You conduct load, stress, and basic security testing using tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner to validate system reliability, scalability, and resilience under peak conditions.

Collaboration:

You work closely with developers, product owners, and business analysts to define acceptance criteria, ensure sufficient test coverage, and maintain high quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle.

Reporting:

You prepare detailed test reports, quality metrics, and dashboards for stakeholders, providing clear visibility into test progress, defect trends, and overall product quality.

Release Management:

You support release activities by preparing and maintaining clear release notes, coordinating testing sign-off, collecting feedback from users and stakeholders, and transforming that feedback into actionable improvements for future releases.

Quality Improvement:

You actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by refining testing processes, enhancing automation coverage, and promoting quality best practices across the team.

MUST-HAVE SKILLS

• Strong experience in manual and automated testing (functional, regression, integration, UAT)

• Hands-on automation with Cypress or Playwright

• CI/CD pipeline integration for automated tests

• Defect tracking using Jira or Azure DevOps

• Performance testing with JMeter or LoadRunner

• Ability to analyze requirements and create test plans/cases

• Experience working in Agile, cross-functional teams

• Test reporting and quality metrics creation

• English C1/C2
