Purpose of the Role
You already have experience in delivering international technology trainings and would like to actively support global ServiceNow rollouts?
You do not just want to deliver trainings, but also enable end users, key users and local trainers worldwide to confidently apply new processes and systems in day-to-day operations? Then we would be happy to hear from you!
Your Future Team
You will work in an international ServiceNow implementation environment and collaborate closely with global deployment teams, change management, communications, local trainers and key users.
You can expect a responsible role with an international focus, clear rollout structures and a direct impact on the success of global ServiceNow implementations. You will support the preparation, delivery and follow-up of trainings as part of worldwide deployment waves.
What You Can Expect
Training & Enablement – Deliver interactive, role-based trainings for end users, key users and local trainers, both virtually and on site.
Train-the-Trainer – Enable regional and country-specific trainers to independently and effectively deliver localized ServiceNow trainings.
ServiceNow Curriculum – Conduct trainings based on the global curriculum and provide structured feedback to the curriculum development team.
Localization & Rollout – Adapt training materials and delivery methods to local business processes, languages and regulatory requirements.
ServiceNow Processes – Build and maintain a deep understanding of ServiceNow functionalities, workflows and business processes such as Incident, Change, Request, Knowledge, Asset and HR.
Deployment & Readiness – Work closely with global implementation, change and communications teams to align trainings with deployment timelines and readiness milestones.
Training Effectiveness – Monitor attendance, learner engagement and post-training feedback to assess effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Go-live & Hypercare – Support go-live preparation, post-go-live hypercare and refresher trainings as needed.
What You Bring
Educational background – Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Education or a related field; alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree with additional relevant professional experience.
Training experience – Several years of experience in delivering technology trainings in a global environment.
ServiceNow / ITSM – Ideally, experience with ServiceNow or a comparable ITSM/ESM platform.
Rollout expertise – Experience in large international rollout, deployment or transformation projects.
Didactics & methodology – Strong knowledge of adult learning principles as well as digital learning and training methods.
Tools – Confident use of virtual training tools and LMS platforms.
Communication – Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and practically to different target groups.
Working style – Structured prioritization, high level of independence and confident collaboration across different time zones.
Mobility – Willingness to travel internationally approx. 50% of the time.
