YOUR ROLE
Program Leadership:
We are seeking four CyberArk Onboarding Analysts / Delivery Coordinators to support a regulatory initiative within the User Access Management (UAM) program. The role focuses on analysis, coordination, and stakeholder enablement to ensure timely and compliant onboarding of privileged accounts into CyberArk.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Privileged Account Analysis:
Perform end-to-end analysis of privileged accounts across Infrastructure, Applications, and Cloud environments.
Review automated scan outputs and conduct interview-based analysis with application and infrastructure owners.
Identify onboarding gaps, exceptions, and required remediation steps.
2.Guidance to Account Owners:
Provide advisory on CyberArk onboarding patterns including groups, shared accounts, and safes.
Support account owners in preparing prerequisites for onboarding.
3.Delivery Coordination:
Coordinate with CyberArk Engineers for implementation, connector configuration, and platform readiness.
Track implementation progress, testing cycles, and dependencies.
Ensure timely communication and issue resolution between technical teams and business stakeholders.
4.Testing & Sign-Off Management:
Organize and oversee functional testing of onboarded privileged accounts.
Manage sign-off workflow with application owners and CyberArk engineers.
Document testing results and ensure evidence completeness for audits.
Vendor & Team Coordination:
5.User Enablement & Program Support:
Conduct or support onboarding workshops and training sessions.
Collaborate with the PAM Run Team for smooth handover and ongoing support.
Maintain documentation including playbooks, trackers, and SOPs.
MUST-HAVE SKILLS:
5+ years of experience in IT consulting, technology delivery, or IAM/PAM-focused roles.
Good understanding of Identity & Access Management and Privileged Access Management concepts.
Strong analytical skills with experience reviewing data and scan results.
Excellent organisational and coordination skills.
Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written) C1/C2.
Experience working in regulated environments or large enterprise programs.
Preferred Skills:
German language skills.
Familiarity with CyberArk concepts (safes, platforms, shared accounts, PSM/CPM flows).
Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or other ITSM tools.
Background in infrastructure, application support, or cloud environments.
