Key Responsibilities

• Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.

• Build and maintain a scalable, consistent design system to support long-term product evolution.

• Conduct user research to deeply understand needs, pain points, and behavioral patterns.

• Perform competitive and comparative analyses to drive innovation and differentiation.

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design with both user and business objectives.

• Provide guidance on optimizing manual vs. digital processes to improve efficiency and reduce technical debt.

• Deliver detailed user research reports and insights to inform strategic product decisions.

• Validate user flows and designs through usability testing and continuous iteration.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience designing digital products in banking or financial services (mandatory).

• Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end UX/UI projects at scale.

• Strong portfolio that includes financial or fintech platforms, showing deep user understanding and strong visual execution.

• Expertise in user-centered design methodologies and data-driven decision-making.

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Comfortable working in agile, cross-functional teams and explaining design rationale to non-design stakeholders.

• Experience with industry-standard design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, etc.).
