We’re looking for a Product and UX Analyst! Our client is an international company - a pioneer in container shipping. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as design, business, engineering, or human factors

• 10+ years of combined experience in UX/UI design, product management, user research, or related roles

• Minimum 5 years leading UX or product-related efforts

• Minimum 3 years in business analysis, systems engineering, or similar disciplines

• Proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard design tools

• Solid understanding of user-centered design, usability principles, and information architecture

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

• Strong active listening and communication skills, with the ability to engage various stakeholders

• Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking, with the ability to identify patterns and root causes

• Proven ability to define problems, gather and interpret data, and deliver actionable insights

Responsibilities

• Lead qualitative and quantitative user research using interviews, observations, workshops, and artifact analysis

• Maintain ongoing relationships with users and stakeholders to stay aligned with evolving needs

• Analyze and document existing business processes, workflows, and system interactions

• Design system solutions with the appropriate level of complexity, scope, and usability

• Develop and communicate interface wireframes, user flows, and specifications to guide development

• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members

Nice to have:

• Experience working in agile environments

• Background in human factors or enterprise system design

• Track record of leading successful cross-functional projects

• Experience designing tools for expert or technical users
