What will you work on as a Senior Business Analyst?

• Application Development unit works on creating, developing and maintaining custom projects for our clients around the world and specializes in mobile and web applications. Currently, we are looking for another astronaut who will work on a new, long-term project for one of our established clients from the leasing industry.

Who will you work with? 

• The team is called AUX (Analysis and UX Team) and there are 9 people in it. There is a Team manager/Analyst, 5 Business Analysts, 2 Solution Architect, and a UX Designer. Each person on the AUX team works with their own project team on relevant products, but the team meets regularly to share knowledge and support each other in finding solutions.
• The AUX team has the advantage of a significant level of autonomy in performing their work. Each task is carried out on the basis of a proactive approach and knowledge of theories, techniques and good analysis practices.

What tasks await you in this role?

• comprehensive identification of client's business needs along with recommendation of solutions;
• collecting and analyzing business and system requirements from clients;
• developing functional and non-functional specifications;
• business process modeling and identification of potential areas for development and improvement;
• interpreting and assessing the feasibility of business requirements and translating them into application and system functionalities;
• conducting workshops and stakeholder meetings, participating actively in project meetings;
• working with the development team to implement business requirements;
• creating and maintaining project documentation (throughout the whole project lifecycle) at the business and system levels;
• business trips to the United Arab Emirates (~2-week delegations) at the beginning of project

You are the one we’re looking for, if:

• you have the following skills:

• min. 4 years of experience in the area of analysis in IT projects;
• experience working with corporate clients in gathering requirements, analyzing and validating ideas for feasibility, and proposing solutions;
• experience working with development teams, both in agile and cascading methodologies;
• ability to model processes (UML, BPMN) and create project documentation (User Stories, Use Cases);
• ability to monitor the execution of business assumptions and test implemented solutions;
• ability to create project materials to enable labor and cost estimation;
• knowledge of software development techniques and very good understanding of technical aspects;
• understanding of the principles and rules of solution architecture design;
• experience working with technical documentation and specifications;
• experience in creating and managing enterprise architecture;
• fluent English and Polish.

• nice to have: experience in preparing offer analysis; experience in pre-sales area; knowledge of prompt engineering techniques; ability to use AI tools to support analytical processes, in the field of system architecture modeling and designing reusable solutions; experience working with United Arab Emirates clients.
