Senior TypeScript Developer (Remote)

DevAbundance is partnering with a global corporate brand to find a highly experienced senior TypeScript developer to join a small, agile team of 4 professionals. This is a fully remote position with a start date as soon as the candidate successfully completes the interview process.

Monthly B2B salary: 27,000 - 32,000 PLN net.

About the Role

As a senior TypeScript developer, you’ll join our client’s growing technology and operations teams to help them scale their systems and keep their platform secure and reliable. You’ll work closely with our client’s Munich.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new features in TypeScript with attention to performance and scalability

• Drive architecture decisions and help define engineering best practices

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions

• Collaborate with the wider engineering team and contribute to knowledge sharing

• Communicate openly and proactively, supporting a healthy error culture

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 7 years of professional software development experience, with at least 5 years of hands-on commercial TypeScript programming

• Strong expertise with TypeScript tooling and ecosystem

• Experience in regulated environments and/or the financial industry is highly advantageous

• Strong focus on security and reliability in past projects

• Excellent team player who enjoys open communication and collaboration

• Good command of English

Interview Process:

1. 2x Technical Interview: Assessment of programming skills and problem-solving abilities.

2. Final Interview: Discussion with the CTO focusing on cultural fit and alignment with company values.
