Senior Cross-Platform Mobile Developer (Full-Stack Hybrid Apps) 💻

About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Cross-Platform Mobile Developer with a strong full-stack mindset - someone who can bridge the worlds of web and mobile to build scalable, high-performance hybrid applications.

This role goes beyond mobile UI: you’ll work across the full delivery stack - from frontend logic and native integrations to API communication and build pipelines. You’ll collaborate with backend, DevOps, and design teams while taking full technical ownership of the mobile layer within a modern enterprise ecosystem.

Your responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development and maintenance of hybrid applications built with Next.js, TypeScript, and Capacitor.

• Work closely with backend teams to define and optimize GraphQL and REST integration layers.

• Implement and maintain native-to-web bridges (push notifications, secure storage, haptics, geolocation, etc.).

• Architect modular, reusable, and high-performing solutions for multi-platform deployment.

• Ensure the app’s performance, reliability, and security across Android and iOS ecosystems.

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines and release processes (Xcode Cloud, certification management, store deployments).

• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams, driving clarity and technical direction across the product roadmap.

Must-have skills

• 3–6 years of experience in frontend and mobile development, including hybrid or cross-platform projects.

• Advanced knowledge of React, Next.js, and TypeScript.

• Strong understanding of:

  • Asynchronous state management and event architecture,

  • SAM pattern, SoC, and performance optimization in frontend frameworks.

• Proven expertise with Capacitor.js (or similar tools such as Cordova, Ionic).

• Experience designing and consuming GraphQL (Apollo Client) and REST APIs.

• Proficiency in Git workflows, code review, and collaborative development processes.

Nice-to-have skills

• Solid understanding of native iOS/Android ecosystems (Xcode, CocoaPods, Gradle, certification management, CI/CD).

• Ability to extend or wrap native Swift/Kotlin modules with Capacitor plugins.

• Familiarity with FCM/APN, Sentry, Storybook, and PostCSS workflows.

• Knowledge of E2E and unit testing frameworks (Cypress, Playwright, Jest).

• Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines and managing App Store / Play Store releases.

• Understanding of offline-first strategies, caching, and security best practices.

• Experience with UI kits and functional component libraries.

• Awareness of zero-knowledge architecture concepts.

Ability to define technical standards and mentor team members in a product-driven environment.
