About the role

We are looking for a Senior Security Specialist to strengthen our global cybersecurity capabilities at Demant. In this role, you will analyze threats, respond to cyber incidents, and support digital forensics activities. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams and external vendors to safeguard systems, ensure compliance with security standards, and contribute to a robust security posture throughout the organization.

What tasks are waiting for you?

• Use data from cyber defense tools (IDS, firewalls, traffic logs, etc.) to analyze events and mitigate threats

• Assess systems and networks for policy compliance and identify deviations or vulnerabilities

• Investigate, analyze, and respond to cyber, privacy, or physical security incidents

• Operate in complex, sometimes reactive, crisis situations to support incident containment and resolution

• Identify, collect, examine, and preserve digital evidence following documented procedures

• Conduct detailed investigations based on digital media, logs, and intrusion artifacts

• Analyze digital evidence to support vulnerability mitigation and threat intelligence activities

• know cybersecurity tools and techniques used in monitoring, detection, and threat mitigation

• communicate clearly and effectively with diverse stakeholders

• are fluent in English (Polish is a plus)

It would be nice if you:

• have certifications related to this role (CSSIP or Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect Expert)

• are familiar with forensic tools, frameworks, or investigative procedures

• have worked in a global or regulated environment (e.g., medical devices, healthcare, manufacturing)
