Right now, we are looking for a Director – Agile Leadership who can significantly drive us further towards improved time-to-market, better flow and quality, higher engagement, and more produced value. You will lead our team of Release Train Engineers (RTEs) and SAFe Practice Consultants (SPCs) across our Agile Release Trains in Software Solutions (SWS).
SWS is responsible for building fitting software used in hearing clinics, mobile apps for our end-users, and cloud services that connect our systems together.
The team of RTEs and SPCs is located in Denmark and Poland and consists of capable and experienced specialists. Therefore, this role can be based at one of our sites in Smørum (Copenhagen), Szczecin or Warsaw.

About SWS (Software Solutions):
SWS started its SAFe implementation in 2021 and completed it approximately one year later. Since then, we have continuously improved our SAFe practices with better understanding of agile product development, quality, automation, learning loops, and more.
SWS is part of Hearing Instrument Group (HIG), which also works within the SAFe framework. HIG consists of software development, hardware development, marketing, etc. Lean Portfolio Management is implemented across HIG. We have established a matrix organization where SAFe is fully accountable for deliverables, and the line organization is accountable for employees, including training, hiring, and other HR processes.
