Business Analyst and Test Developer

We are seeking a skilled and versatile individual to fill the dual role of Business Analyst and Test Developer who will help us to make a life-changing difference to people living with hearing loss. This unique position requires a candidate who can effectively gather and analyze business requirements and maintain a high standard of quality through effective testing processes.

Experience in audiology or as a healthcare professional (HCP) is not required, but will be treated as a significant advantage. It can provide valuable insights that enhance our ability to deliver user-centered solutions aligned with real-world healthcare needs.

What tasks are waiting for you?

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with your team to develop test plans and strategies rooted in collected requirements.
• Conduct testing and communicate results to guarantee the quality and functionality of our software products.
• Identify, document, and manage defects, working closely with your team to ensure timely resolution and quality product delivery.
• As part of an Agile Team, you will work on user stories, acceptance criteria, and related documentation artifacts to support Agile development practices.
• Continuously identify areas for process improvement, propose solutions, and implement best practices to enhance overall product quality and team flow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and product stakeholders, to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
• Coordinate with product designers to ensure proper user flow.

It would be great if you:

• have proven experience as a Business Analyst and/or Test Developer, ideally in a hybrid role.
• are fluency in written and spoken English – This is essential for effective communication and collaboration within our multinational teams. Your ability to communicate clearly in both written and spoken English is critical to ensuring smooth coordination across global teams and the success of our projects. You possess good technical and non-technical communication skills.
• possess analytical skills and an agile mindset.

Preferred Skills (Nice To Have)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Audiology or a related field.
• Experience in audiology or as a healthcare professional.
• Experience in the software development life cycle (SDLC) and/or the software testing life cycle (STLC).
• Experience with tools like Miro, Jira, Confluence, or similar.
• Knowledge of scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, Powershell) for testing purposes.
• Certification in quality assurance (e.g., ISTQB) or business analysis (e.g., IREB).
