Backend / Data Engineer / DevOps

We build intelligent ingestion, transformation, and reconciliation pipelines that handle complex datasets while maintaining the highest standards of security and compliance.

We are expanding our engineering team to develop new data and API-driven solutions that leverage modern infrastructure, automation, and AI-assisted development.

About you:

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• Fluent in both English and Polish

• Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go.

• Experience building microservices and backend APIs.

• Experience with SQL databases, Snowflake, and data pipelines using Parquet / CSV files

• Strong understanding of reconciliation, ETL, and data quality.

• DevOps experience (CI/CD, containerization, IaC).

• Cloud-native engineering experience.

• Strong familiarity and confidence in using GenAI/agentic AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor AI, etc.) to accelerate development and research.

• Strong sense of ownership, collaboration, and technical rigor

• Passion for solving challenging technical problems;

• Self-starter and self-motivated with the ability to pick up new technologies quickly.
