Workday Product Owner

Key Responsibilities:

Product Delivery: Develop and execute a comprehensive Workday product strategy, ensuring incremental releases that provide tangible business value.

Performance Tracking: Monitor product performance and utilize empirical data to inform future enhancements and prioritization of work within the backlog.

Voice of the Customer: Translate end-user feedback and market requirements into detailed user stories; continuosly engage with stakeholders through surveys, interviews, and feedback sessions.

Backlog Management: Prioritize and manage a well-organized backlog of user stories, defining clear acceptance criteria in line with business objectives and quality standards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with agile development teams, Chapter Leads, and Product Portfolio Leads to ensure alignment on strategic goals, resource planning, and budget management.

Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior HR leadership and other key stakeholders, effectively communicating product vision and influencing decision-making at a program level.
Capabilities & Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years’ experience as a Product Owner, leading HR or Finance transformation projects within a Workday or SAP environment.
- Proven functional expertise in talent, performance, or contingent workforce processes within consulting or professional services organizations.
- Demonstrated experience in managing enterprise-level digital transformations and IT projects, with a strong foundation in agile methodologies.
- Excellent critical thinking, data-driven decision-making, and stakeholder management skills; ability to work effectively in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of Workday configurations for talent and performance management is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in the required regional language(s) and strong business acumen.
