UX Researcher

📍 We are looking for UX Researcher on behalf of our client to join to the British multinational corporation, the largest retail chain in the UK.

Project domain: Advertising

▫️ Remote from Poland

Scope of Work

Execution of UX Research activities in the Advertising domain, including:

• Independently planning and conducting qualitative and quantitative research projects (research design, preparation of research tools, moderation, analysis, and reporting).

• Ownership of a designated product area, including ongoing collaboration and communication with the Client’s stakeholders (Product Managers, Designers) in planning and conducting research supporting product development.

• Participation in project meetings, including:

• weekly project status meetings (Mondays),

• quarterly planning meetings (once per quarter).

Technical Requirements (Must Have)

• At least 3 years of experience in UX research.

• Strong knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods.

• Ability to design research processes, prepare research tools, analyze research data, and formulate recommendations based on findings.

• Ability to combine different research techniques to analyze a research problem from multiple perspectives.

• Experience collaborating with various stakeholders (Product Managers, Designers, Business teams, Analysts).

• Ability to independently plan and execute complex research projects end-to-end, from recruitment through analysis to reporting and presenting results to both technical and business stakeholders.

• Strong storytelling and presentation skills when communicating research insights.

• Good English communication skills (minimum B2 level), both spoken and written.

• Ability to use AI tools to optimize research workflows.

• Ability to define UX metrics.

• Optimal Workshop (including card sorting)
